Serving Justice with Integrity While Building a Better Bangladesh
I am Salah Uddin Kamran, former Member of Parliament, elected in 1991 and 1996 under the leadership of Begum Khaleda Zia as a candidate of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
My journey in public service began with a vision — to uplift communities through education, infrastructure, and justice.
I hold B.A. (Honors), M.A., and LL.B. degrees. Since 1983, I have been a practicing Advocate and a member of both the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association and the Noakhali District Bar Association.
I proudly represented Bangladesh at the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) conference as part of the delegation headed by the Honorable Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.

Work Experience
Practicing as a dedicated advocate for over four decades.
Member of the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar and Noakhali District Bar Association.
Legal profession is my lifelong pursuit and sole occupation.
Elected in 1991 and 1996 from Chatkhil, Noakhali, representing BNP.
Actively contributed to national policy discussions and development initiatives.
- Brought gas connection to Chatkhil — a blessing of Honorable PM Begum Khaleda Zia
- Established Chatkhil Hospital — Foundation stone and inauguration by Begum Khaleda Zia
- Converted Chatkhil Thana into Chatkhil Pourashava (inaugurated on 1st January 1995)
- Founded Chatkhil Women College & Shompara College
- Constructed:
- 113 Primary Schools
- 26 High Schools
- 16 Highway Roads
